By accessing or using Empire Standards, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies incorporated by reference.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Empire Standards. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share, transfer, sell, or allow another person to use your account.

Empire Standards offers subscription-based access to premium content. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Subscription pricing, billing frequency, and available plans are displayed at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically provide refunds for payments already processed.

Founding Member pricing is limited and available only during designated promotional periods. Users who receive Founding Member pricing will retain that pricing for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted. If a Founding Member subscription is canceled or allowed to lapse, the Founding Member pricing may be permanently forfeited. Any future subscription will be subject to the pricing available at that time. Royal Empire Lifestyle, LLC reserves the right to discontinue Founding Member availability at any time for new users.

During beta testing, Empire Standards may include features that are still under development. As a beta participant, you acknowledge that:

• •Features may change or be removed.
• •Bugs or unexpected behavior may occur.
• •Content may be modified or updated.
• •Temporary service interruptions may occur during improvements.

Feedback submitted during the beta program may be used to improve Empire Standards without compensation. Users granted Lifetime Beta Access will retain access according to the terms communicated at the time the access was granted, provided their account remains in good standing and Empire Standards continues to operate.

You agree not to:

• •Share or distribute your account credentials.
• •Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Empire Standards content without written permission.
• •Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to access the Platform's source code.
• •Use automated tools or bots to access the Platform without authorization.
• •Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Platform's operation.
• •Use Empire Standards for unlawful purposes.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

Empire Standards™, its content, lessons, graphics, branding, logos, designs, text, audio, videos, software, and related materials are the intellectual property of Royal Empire Lifestyle, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or sold without prior written permission from Royal Empire Lifestyle, LLC.

Empire Standards™ provides educational, informational, and personal development content intended to support personal growth, discipline, consistency, leadership, and habit development. The content within Empire Standards is not medical, mental health, psychological, legal, financial, tax, nutritional, fitness, or other licensed professional advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals. Your use of Empire Standards is voluntary, and you are solely responsible for the decisions, actions, and outcomes that result from applying the information provided within the Platform. Empire Standards is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Empire Lifestyle, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Empire Standards. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. In no event shall Royal Empire Lifestyle, LLC's total liability exceed the amount you paid for your subscription during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. Termination may result in the loss of access to subscription content, progress, streaks, and other Platform features.

Empire Standards is continuously evolving. We reserve the right to:

• •Improve functionality.
• •Adjust subscription offerings and pricing for future subscribers.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Empire Standards shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Georgia.
